Cancellation Policy
I know that sometimes life happens and things come up but please give me a 24 hour notice of any appointment that needs to be rescheduled or canceled; this will allow me time to give my waitlist a chance to get in.
A charge of 25% of your originally booked service will be charged if 24 hours is not given and a 50% charge of the originally booked service will be charged if there is a no-show, no-call.
